  • Testing and configuring the product to ensure that they feed the needs of the buyer 
  • Fixing any cosmetic issues that the product may have (specially applies to refurbished products) 
  • Cleaning and detailing the product
  • Sending them off to our quality control department 
  • Re-checking the product to ensure they are perfect 
  • Carefully and neatly packaging the product 
  • Shipping it off to the buyer

Even after the product has been shipped off, maYours' customer support team follows up with all our buyers to ensure that the product has been received and is 100% satisfactory as per their expectation and needs.

The "One Layer Up" process involves unboxing, cleaning, fixing, and configuring each product we receive before performing a thorough quality check and shipping it to you. This extra step ensures that our products are in the best possible condition when they arrive at your doorstep.

Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all of our refurbished and "One Layer Up" products for repair or replacement.

If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with local law enforcement to resolve the issue. We will either replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be completed.

Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA.

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on several factors, including the shipping location, the shipping method chosen, and the availability of the items in your order. In general, orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receipt and are shipped from our warehouse in that time frame. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Yes, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Yes, we offer free shipping to all customers in Canada and the USA, with no minimum purchase required.

If you receive a damaged order , please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials, damaged goods, and photographs before filing a claim. maYours is not liable for any product damage or lost during shipping.

We will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. maYours is not responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return, exchange, or refund policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

To return a product to maYours, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, you can ship the product back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please include the RMA number and a copy of your invoice with the returned product.

In most cases, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to see if it is possible to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned according to our return policy.
